Hi, I’m Racheal, the founder of Rach Beaute’ Cosmetics 🎀

As a Long Island, New York makeup artist with nearly a decade of experience, beauty has always been more than just a passion for me it’s been my craft. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients while learning exactly what makes a beauty product earn a permanent place in my kit.

Creating my own beauty line felt like the natural next step. I wanted to offer products that I genuinely love, trust, and would actually use not only on myself, but on my clients too.

Every product was thoughtfully researched and selected with the everyday beauty lover and professional makeup artist in mind. These are the types of essentials I reach for in my own routine and throughout my work as a makeup artist.

Return & Exchange Policy Thank you for shopping with us! Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure quality and safety. Returns At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide: • Your order number • Clear photos of the item(s) received Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will: • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or • Issue a refund if the item is unavailable In most cases, you will not be required to return the incorrect item, and you may keep it. Return Conditions (If Applicable) If a return is approved under special circumstances: • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Shipping Method We currently ship orders using standard shipping only. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping Time After your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Delays Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Incorrect Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
